I'm being maybe a little bit too optimistic, but given that an 80,000 daily average (7-day period) on the C-Line seems about right, that brings today's numbers to over 100 million annually.
When the M-Line is completely built out, it will mean that a huge number of residents north of the Fraser are within about a 5 t0 10-minute bus ride to a Skytrain station. Ridership will not increase linearly.
By the way, how are ridership numbers calculated? For example, if someone takes the C-Line from Richmond to Waterfront, and then transfers onto the E-Line to Stadium, is that counted as one ride or two?
