One friend of mine lives in Steveston and works near Broadway and Arbutus. She currently hops on a 496 and is at work in about 40 minutes. Under the new regime, she'll need to catch a 410 to Richmond Centre, transfer to the Canada Line, and then transfer again onto a Broadway bus.

410 - 5 minutes - 10 minutes (see the traffic...)
skytrain - 15 minutes
99 B-Line 6 minutes - 12 minutes
so it needs 26 - 37 minutes?
if there is no skytrain...
she needs to take the express bus... but the express bus is easy to be influenced by traffic... not only 40 minutes... i think 45 minutes... because it takes 1 hour from richmond centre to downtown...because many people wants to take b-line....such as 41st avenue, 70 avenue, and broadway...
