Cactus club is very much akin to earls/joeys/moxies with a solid menu at relatively reasonable prices with great consistency.

In addition to what Oni mentioned the tunnel under Jasper Ave where it turns south at Corona was excavated a little in a westerly direction. I'm guessing in case the line was ever to continue west.

I seem to recall that there were plans for a pedestrian overpass across Jasper Ave at this location joining railtown with the railway corridor across the street. Does anybody know if this is still planned? If this tower gets built, will there still be space for this pedestrian link?

Well, that would be a shame. It seems like an obvious missing link.

If the city only had a DeLorean with a flux capacitor. Just think of the buildings that could be saved. The ROWs that could be kept. The decisions that could be changed. Sigh.

April 28 EDC agenda: http://www.edmonton.ca/city_government/documents/EDCApril28Agenda.pdf

Of note, The RK East project goes back again and this mysterious HSBC tower is going for a DP

Noticed that Clark builders has moved site trailers and construction fencing to the new North east rec centre

what is...

Valley Zoo - Sea Lions Exhibit - Development Permit Application

Edmonton Design Committee
Meeting Agenda
April 28, 2009
City of Edmonton, Asset Management and Public Works - Carol Belanger 13315 Buena Vista Road NW
Site legally described as:
NE-24-52-25-7; NW-24-52-25-4

? Something I've never heard of.

Re Cactus: Warehouse District, Churchill Sq area, 124st, or Whyte Ave just east of the tracks would be awesome.
