HP1 is registered a couple of days ago. Those that moved in don't have to pay rent for long.
Plus someone actually bought a unit in HP1 recently, the last New Yorker unit (the first sale since last October). HP1 has sold 116 units out of 123 (7 units left). HP2 sold 76 units out of 110.
