Sorry...

The 600 East side or as some would call it "the west side of the block" has a new parking garage (which is complete) but the store spots that were planned to go on top of said finished parking garage, have not been built. The 700 East side or "the east side of the block" remains unchanged except for the lack of 2 previous elements; the old, historic Wells Fargo Bank building (which was demolished and replaced with a lovely empty area that is fenced off) and the previously mentioned construction office trailer.
I hate to nit-pick, but since you did it to me I'm going to do it to you

According to dictionary.com: Wing = a part of a building projecting on one side of, or subordinate to, a central or main part. Trolley Square is not one large building like most malls, it is a collection of buildings on a singular block. There is nothing connecting the buildings. So wing is not the correct term to use, and most likely where you got confused.

Since we have concluded Trolley Square is not all one big building, when I refer to the "inside" I am, yes, mostly meaning the largest of the buildings. Which most resembles a traditional mall, and thus being the biggest has the most "inside". But I was also referring to the other two smaller buildings, whom I would also assume, went through at least similar seismic upgrades and roof improvements.
So to re-cap my previous post in it's simplest terms;
After two years of construction Trolley Square now has a new parking garage, one less building and the remaining buildings won't fall down in an earthquake (fingers crossed).
Please do not be offended by this Delts, I love your posts, and I admit my original post was hard to follow(much like this one). But I just don't have anything better to do with my time than write this.
