You can't compare ANY of those neighbourhoods with each other. You wouldn't find the properties found in SEFC in the other 3 nor would you find the properties in each of those in any of the others! Apples and oranges and pears and grapes and pomegranate comparisons I say.

While I am skeptical about how a $1million+ area could succeed in this state of affairs, I am still convinced SEFC will be a success.

Also, after the Olympics, which of these buildings will be market and which will be social?

Really? I have a bad feeling it is going to look very dated in a couple years. Orange doesn't age well. (Anyone remember the 70s?)

What are the screens that look like those roll down bamboo screens? (but these are in different colours?) Are those permanent - they block the windows (i.e. view).

it'll look great in 5 years, good in 10, so/so in 20, ugly in 30, and classic in 60 years
