From the schedules - so I think they probably are wood over steel beams:

Templeton Station Construction
Type of work: At-grade station construction: Underway east of Templeton
Road. Involves concrete works for the station stairs, installation
of the station roof decking and structural steel, glazing
installation of laminated wood beams, mechanical and
electrical work, installation of escalators and north elevator,
and general construction activity for Templeton Station.
General impact: Please see general impacts on last page.
Traffic pattern changes: No further traffic pattern changes are anticipated during this work.
