Having lived in Vancouver for 30 years, I can tell you that the Asian Internet cafe's have had many, many, MANY stabbings/shootings/deaths/robbery's/you name it since their inception.
This does not surprise me, nor any of my other friends back home whom I've forwarded this too.
Par for the course for Asian Internet/gaming cafes... par for the course.
