I'd agree that its not the cheapest (or good for PC gaming) - I was more surprised that its so slick and teen-friendly, and they're very successful (with a relatively expensive setup too) -- there isn't much talk about attracting people younger than university age to downtown, but teens have huge disposable income, and grow up to be consumers like anyone else.
Here's a guy who's attracting teenagers not only from downtown, but from all over the city downtown during the afternoon and evenings, on a regular basis. There's going to be some positive spinoff from that and I'd hope people can build on that.
