12 floors, yeah, possibly...I also think that after seeing the closup pics of HP's level of detail that everyone posted today, that Mondrian is going to have it's work cut out for it to look better...this is one of the best looking projects in town...

Interesting. The image is mirror-image reversed. Ph 1 is 17 stories and Ph 2 is 15.

First message here but been lurking. We purchased a New Yorker on the 15th. We have made major mods and the last date we were given is Feb 4. From reading the posts here, it's pretty clear I'd better call them tomorrow.

They told us a few months ago that the first occupations would be end of Nov. Pretty sure that won't be happening.

Actually, Ph 2 is taller, Ph 1 - 17 floors, Ph 2 - 19 floors
Delays up to 6 months are normal, anything sooner than that is a bonus

I will find out at the end of this week if I will occupy in Jan, my date had been pushed back a few times and I'm on 2nd floor, I doubt you will move on 15th in Feb? I was also told closing in March which is highly unlikely I believe, it's going to be wonderful and I guess I am enjoying the anticipation of it all!
