I hope they build some condos in the Preston area, despite all the construction I love that area.

Yeah, forgot Preston. Some good work being done in that area. I was glad to see the old GCTC space reopen in that neighbourhood. I hope that condo down at Carling gets built; it would give the street a nice "gate."

Thanks, everyone, for the Hudson Park updates!

Hey, this is post number 500.

I gotta admit that HP looks classy/nice overall compared to some of the other buildings in it's neighbourhood...will look even better with a twin tower up...

Like mentioned earlier, buildings like HP and The Gardens are in a whole other league than most condos in downtown, and a welcome addition at that.

Don't know if this was already posted but here's rendering showing both towers, and visual sense of what the second phase's height will look like when all built.

I don't remind Sim City having a ticker "Simcitizens complain about height buildings, will someone please think of the children!"

The plywood's still up on the front entrance, the brick work is done on Phase l, Phase ll is above the ground, great update "j-beat". It's not an aerial, but it is still GREAT. Good job and thank you soooooooooooooo much for great pictures

Wow cool, it's great to see that HP Ph II is already ABOVE grade...I'm sure they are going to be working really fast on geting all of the glass and other exterior trim installed on Ph I before our rumoured snow starts showing up this week...

Nice updates guys!

Hudson Park also fills in the skyline nicely from the Queensway.
