Funny how we moved from BA to Ritz so fast.

And BA isn't even finished yet.....

Next big boy getting to ground level should be Trump - by the end of next month or December at the latest..

not a fan of MLSE's Germain hotel facade ... the black shows every little imperfection. The office facade looks great though

^ Should have gone with the Prodema wood panels like Calgary's Le Germain.

I agree, the office portion looks pretty good. I whipped by it on the Gardiner yesterday.

Yeah, no. I'm thinking of zinc (and if this shiny claddiing is in the slightest of possiblities zinc) some nicer zinc.

Prodema would have worked well for Mercer Street though.
