The lights are on but NO ONE is home at Espana.
I've noticed in the last 3 nights, exactly, the top of one of the towers is glowing. I mean, its white bright all night. It's like when you realise you've left the fridge door open in the middle of the night, glowing.
In these days of energy conservation and global warming...I hope this isn't a permanent feature. Other high rises don't glow. It a serious waste of energy and their implementation looks cheap and gaudy.
Please say its not permanent.
