The Heathman backed out of that project because ZGF wanted them to pick up the added costs to have them on the building. There is a magic number of 22 I believe and when you cross that floor you have to upgrade the seismic infrastructure and I thing ZGF was trying to get the Heathman to pay for it.
I wouldnt be surprised if it was a W. It would be a perfect location for them, plus if this convention center hotel ever happens that will be the "real" Westin for the city......getting a full sized Westin and a W, does that mean we are starting to play with the big cities now?
