Price points more than anything else. They plan on renting the penthouses at 5,000+ a month. Which is why I don't see the economic justification for not doing underground parking; the Hannover Group wants to build it lease it up and sell it to a REIT, and therefore would not see the return. The redesign, although minor adds a lot. The tower looks even better now and more unified.
Anyway...
