What? A taller thinner tower...
...adds height
...increases density
...minimizes shadows
...looks better
What gives NIMBYs credibility are poorly designed developements and drab buildings. Better a 24 stroy tower than an obese and suffocating turd of a building.
Though, the base does need work.
