It would be better if it was an infinity pool that gave the illusion of swimming off the building and in to the ocean

So yeah, that ruins it for me. And here I was with a check for $20 or so million, ahh well.

Across the street is 745 thrulow st, that parkade will be a 300' office tower managed by Bentall in the not very distant future.

see Leftcoaster beat me to it, again.

And no do not expect any increase in height at it is in a viewcone.

Like Jlousa said it will not be too high (91m), but it will be girthy with around 17,500sf floor plates.

An update on the tower crane: I was told it'll likely be removed next month. It will be dismantled by a derrick crane which will lower it down. Then a smaller derrick crane will be brought up to hoist the first derrick crane down. That third derrick crane is small enough that it will be dismantled and taken down the elevator. No helicopters required.
