I've noticed in several pictures that there is one panel of glass on the top East side of the building that looks to be a different colour from all the others. Anyone know what's going on there?

can we get an idea when the big helicopter will take down the crane (likely on a Sunday I assume)?

The insurance costs for that lift will be huge

I can't see them taking down the crane until another 2 weeks or a bit more because the elevator shafts haven't been filled in with cladding yet. Also, there is still a bit of work to be done on penthouse which may require a crane.

Does that make it a 200m tower?

BTW - The Melville has operable windows in its "sail" to allow window washers to climb through (which Shangri-La doesn't seem to have based on the thickness of the mullions).
Looks like they will have to extend the fins out another 2 or 3 meters

The worst part is they lift the crane off in one peice and with only one helicopter, so if there is a wind gust...watch out!

If you haven't seen a crane get disassembled, it is not such a spectacular event, rather, kinda slow and usually takes more than one day.

In some alternate parallel universe, I own it......either that, or I bought a penthouse crawl space.

I suggest you have your lawyer reread your disclosure statement.
I'm pretty sure you'll be dead before it's even complete, did you forget about your terminal illness.
