Are the balconies wrap around the whole condo? I am asking because the curvey cement sticks out all around each floor.

pip: many of the corner units (but not all) will have wrap around balconies. With each floor plate being different, some of the balconies cut back into the building before making the turn, so wrap around in those few cases is not possible. There is at least one unit (that I'm aware of) remaining with a wrap around corner:

Those balconies are great, lol, wrap around or almost all wrap around. I don't know why I like them so much but I do.

Hey guys, I don't mean to be a bother, but I ask a lot of questions, and I know that most of you know or have a lot of experience in the high rise construction business. The only question I have on this building is," Why do the structural I-beams on the parking podium look crooked?" My only guess is that they are staggered.

That's not a parking deck, that's the roof of the large ballroom they are putting in the base. They look crooked because they are angled to maximize drainage, just like how most roofs are angled to make water run off...

What's the scale of that plan? Is the part that wraps around the corner even wide enough for an average sized person to walk through?

10023: most of the wrap around corners are definitely deep enough (3' to 8')to accomodate comfortable use. A few of them however narrow too far and will be decorative vs. useable (that's the cutting back into the building part I'd mentioned).
