Thank God your a member of this group. The DallasUrban group is filled with hypocrites and i think the moderators got mad at me for standing up for my self and calling them out. But ya, once again you impress me with the photos you take, what kind of camera do you use?

I've been able to watch the progress daily with trips to Lee Roy Jordan Lumber for Ipe and Cedar. Sure is fun seeing all these buildings going up.

I haven't seen any work going on with the deck as far as staging yet, but hope to see it soon...that's going to be a cool project.

I thought the Museum Tower was slated to break ground in 2009....I'd love if it they started sooner!

I was talking to a friend of mine who works as a Valet at the W and he said that Victory Tower wont begin construction until the parking garage is completed because the lot where the tower will go is where the W is putting all of its Valet parking, once the garage is completed, they will move there parking into the garage and the tower will begin.

That's a total-bummer. Here I'd thought that the tower had been u/c for several months.

Below are two renderings of what the Water Street development in the Las Colinas district of Irving may look like:

- WDG Architecture

While this rendering below is no longer an accurate representation of the Las Colinas Station project (City of Irving), it at least gives a loose/rough idea of what may be developed there someday. . . (Thanks to jsoto3 for the confirmation that RTKL is no longer involved. And, apparently, ICON is no longer involved either.)

- RTKL/Icon Partners/City of Irving

Under the likely working title of "Paladium Las Colinas" (in Irving yet again), here's some visuals on the multi-phase project:

Arlington's Glorypark renderings from GreenGrassStudios.com are below.
After multiple-phases, this gives us an idea of what it may look like:
