So here are three new projects we learned about from the quarterly update from the LA Downtown News.

1) 751 S. Spring Street - 32 Stories
2) Witmer Tower - 1027 Wilshire - 40 Stories
3) 11th and Olive - 62 Stories

Those are just the new big projects, there are other new smaller ground up projects like Locus One, and new renovations like the Giannini building at 649 S. Olive St.
