I think they just reno'd the place, too. At least they offer parking on their valuable land for Flames games. Although they probably screw that up as well in some way.

Wouldn't be surprised. I've taken to checking the order before I pull away, too many times had the wrong fries or sandwich, or items missing from my order.

Though they do have a cheaper 2 beef and cheddars deal then the other 3 Arby's (Market Mall, 16th ave, 32nd ave), they offer a 2 combo for like $9, when is closer to $12 at the others.

Hey nice work! those two do look pretty alright with our skyline.
I like the Burj especially. Man it is unbelivable by itself but when put together with our buildings it just dominates. I think you did a pretty good job with accuracy, it looks pretty close from what I can tell.
How many calgary towers?? 4 !! I say 4!

I don't even want to know...or how much of that person's life will be spent riding the elevator up and down. Imagine having to evacuate and take the stairs, it could take at least an hour to climb down.

Considering it is going to have the world's fastest elevators (65km/h), not much. I've heard under 60 seconds for a complete top-to-bottom trip - 18m/s gives you a potential 1080m in 60 seconds, and it's almost certain to be shorter than that. I've been in 20 storey apartment blocks that take longer than that due to their ancient elevators. Hell, there was a *5* storey building at my alma matter than took nearly 60 seconds.

The stairs would suck though. Much like the WTC, when something bad enough to evacuate happens, you risk being SOL when you're that high.

From what I recall if there is an emergency, you don't evacuate. They are building special 'rescue pods' every 15 or so floors that you would gather at and seal yourselves in until the emergency is over.

Thanks Josh, yeah that last picture is definitely un-real. Just some fun.
Johnny, I'm not sure if any developers would have a problem with their pictures being hacked up, or any one else for that matter. So far no problems though, thankfully.
Also, I'm almost finished with an aerial view, which I'll post when I'm finished.

Later in the summer I am going to do an aerial photo flight and I will be sure to get some skyline picts and send it over your way. I planned to do this this month but I been busy.
