Other than the Exchange (the tall building just to the right of Bankers Hall - not the actual design), pretty much everything you see there should be finished by 2011. Exchange could be too, but since we haven't even seen a design released for it yet, I have my doubts.

Not sure where they stand, haven't heard much about it lately.The last I heard, Giffels was trying to push the +15 idea, and that was a couple months ago.
Now that PMA, NORR and Giffels are basically the same company, it should start moving along more quickly, at least I hope so. I'll see if I can ask Bruce about it when i get a chance.

I just started on 222 Riverfront Ave this week. The rush is on to apply for BP, so look for some action on that one pretty soon.

I had a nice conversation last night with David Partridge of the Maverick Real Estate Group with regards to Highbury. Nothing new to report with regards to that one. However, our conversation shifted to the old Co-op site. Maverick will be doing the marketing for this project. I asked him "are you referring to the Exchange?" "That's the one he said, one of the largest projects we have ever done, it should be amazing and we should be starting that one up in about a year."

Can't wait, this is an exciting one!

I wish that the Nuera towers were taller, they are such cool looking buildings....judging from your picture they will look quite stubby!

How long do you think it will be before that 2 story brown building beside the arby's is GONE. seems liek a really nice spot for a great building. with lots of street front retail.

I can't believe that Arbys is still there...
