Yeeg, I took your suggestion to heart and reduced the seating slightly by removing half of the upper-bowl seating.
After you said it looked closer to a capacity of 60,000, I re-checked my areas and sure enough, it was actually about 55,000!
Here's the newer version with a 35,000 capacity. I might still need to cut some seating somewhere to get it closer to 30,000
