Most of them were living off in the baby incubator sprawl burbs, where from birth they were indoctornated into thier greedy, self-indulgent attitude as a culture. Places where any modern construction is so souless and deviod of creativity, the cookie-cutter rows of "neo-traditional" throwback houses of the vynal frontier actually look warm and welcoming. Of course thier homes need 14 gabels to convey that phoney arua of history and to hide the fact the front facade is swallowed by a garage with a foot print nearly equal in square feet; which by chance is filled with so much stuff by them maxing out thier credit the enormous wider than a city lot driveway out front resembels a SUV dealership.
This is where these whynnie pussies come from. Where thier senses have been deliduded of good urban design and live by doing the next hip thing. So they move to the city and bring thier selfish nature with them and refuse to change thier former ways. They come with thier entilement attitudes to preserve the peace and quiet they enjoyed for years. They come with thier SUVs, still driving just a few blocks circeling the block endlessly for a space to rest the beast while praying to the parking God. They refuse to take the CTA because they are too good for it or too affriad of the "other" city people. So they continue to bitch about parking, bitch about traffic even though they caused these issues. They bitch about construction noise, but yet they too are part of the construction boom. They bitch about lost views, but thier own building blocked someone else's view. They bitch about the changing "context" of thier precoius neighborhood, when they themselfs are newcommers.
The rest of us have to deal with compromised dumbed down designs making a mockery of our heritage and must wtch perfectly good historic buildings fall, all to suit the architectural "taste" of the idoits from the land of blandola. We have to sit on bus longer because of the SUV conga lines looking for cheap parking. Trying to get them to see the other light is often like talking to a brick wall, as thier entitled self thinks they are always right, acting on impulse rather than rational thought.
I think we can all be thankful of the fact the idoits do not have as much power as they do in other cities, and the fact all the cardboard houses marching across the limited supply of class A farmland serves as a holding pen preventing more of the idoits from transplanting to the city. I welcome anyone from the suburbs or abroad to come embark yourself in the grand urban glory of Chicago, but if you are one of these idoits who refuses to embrace the city, then please go fuck the home and stop ruining it for the rest of us.
There, I feel better. Please note the blanket statements are loaded with sarcasim.

I myself was born and raised on the vynal frontier. The city to me is an escape from it. I am just really tired of these idoits, thank god they are still a minority.
