It's a change that the private residences website has the Four Seasons name again.. it had dropped it for a while.

^They had dropped it from the sales office supposedly in anticipation of a formal announcement.

This was just before the rumor started floating that Four Seasons was out and the Teatro developers were looking at St. Regis as the new hotel.

I am praying for the second Franco IMHO if they drop the floor count and design from the 50 fl/design? Then this tower will simply be a mear filler! While that is good, it's not what it could and should be which is GREAT!!! they should consider how well this City is and will progress, GROW SOME BALLS and build this tower at it's original conception of 65 storys!!! But again this is Denver and we all know what will actually happen? A simple 30-40 story tower with nothing special about it.....................

I think the problem is that you've got it set to Turtle speed. If you change it to Rhino or Cheetah it will be built much faster. You might also check Simtropolis to see if you can find one you can just plop down instantly.

How did the Teatro Tower move from nice skyscraper to mere filler?? So an extra 22 floors would make almost a full block tower better than it is? I guess I'm not getting it. There's nothing simple about a 30-40 story tower! Any parking lot that can be converted into a building of appropriate mass, scale and use is a great thing. The building could be 20 stories for all I care as long as it addresses the pedestrian. This property has sat long vacant for too many years...so if it took them slashing another four floors off...go ahead, just build it.

BLM for the love of god man, please don't join the ranks of the other sour pussed bitches on here.

sugar 3 apparently is on rhino or cheetah. and it's doing the MUCH harder work in the foundtation work as well. 1LP got the foundation up and going ok. the past 6 weeks have seeen the EXACT same exterior and they're on the easier (tower) portion of it now. not surprising, seeing as everytime i pass by it, there's no one working on it. it's as if they got more work done during the blizzard as well.

I've been driving by 1LP everyday since November and I'll tell you that have been adding a floor a week every two weeks. I don't know what you are looking at, but they are putting the superstructure up at a steady pace.

Yeah...I work a block away. Same here. I was out of state for most of February and I couldn't believe the difference when I got back. In fact it's looking bigger than I thought it would. That footprint didn't seem that big when it was just a parking lot.
