I was at the 1359 S. Wabash building just south of Glashouse yesterday just to check it out and the developer is the same as for the Pagoda. As in South Wabash rendering they take great liberty in the surrounding locations. The Wabash property was already 45% sold with barely any ads. Definately an modern Asian flair in the design offerings.
Glashaus is 45% sold or are you talking about a different project?
