How many of you have expressed interest in the 2nd Avenue Lofts? I think it's a great re-use of an old building! Is it good value for the money they are asking? I wonder if they could have thought of a more creative name, perhaps to reflect the heritage of the building, such as "The Bay Lofts" or "The Hudson Lofts". (Is there a copyright law for building names as there is for cars, food, etc because I think The Hudson Lofts is used in Victoria where their old HBC builiding has been converted into condos as well).
