Is that the parking lot on the NW corner of Illinois and State? I think that's the only lot available around there as the opposite corner is the AMA. I walk by there all the time (granted it's on my way to work at night) but I haven't seen any cars there in a while. It'd be nice to see that flat surface go. If it is indeed what I'm thinking of.
