Is ORD Terminal 5 (landside) completed?
I hear different things from different people. Some say there's a bit left to do on Terminal 5 but it all has to do with access/parking and/or building out concessions airside. Others say that the landside ticketing area is due to be widened considerably. I would love to believe that as currently the ticketing area is ridiculously cramped, though I don't see how they'd find the space without major/costly new construction.
