Phase II of Stevens Center renovation
I am flummoxed that the Stevens Center reno seems so badly coordinated.
The length of time spent on this project certainly canNOT be helping downtown W-S.
Anybody know if this is standard procedure or whether this really does merit my alarm?
The classified ad about Phase II appears in today's (Sept 29) local newspaper, but I am clueless about how to reproduce it here. (Sorry!)
