The Great "Then and Now" Photo Thread

I thought this would be a fun idea, since one tends to take photos from same vantage points over the years. Here are few to get us going.

Brentwood is absolutely unrecognizable after just a decade.

Very cool!

The views from Forest Lawn are some of the best in Metro Vancouver.

I still can't believe just how much the Brentwood and Metrotown skylines have changed since I lived there 16 years ago. They are almost unrecognizable.

What's crazy is these comparisons are only a decade or so. Most cities a decade doesn't look any different, and they need to make comparisons from 30 or 40 years ago. The transformation of Vancouver has been spectacular.
