This map shows the migrations of the first humans out of Africa. It took place LONG BEFORE homo sapiens moved out of Africa. That's why it is wrong to say "I descend from a single couple that lived in Africa 200,000 years ago". All Europeans descend also from these early humans, and the bottleneck theory of homo sapiens is not only debated (it's not a scientific consensus), but even if it existed, the bottleneck would have meant perhaps 10,000 people at the lowest, not just 1 couple, which is a Biblical vision of history.
