Yup - but it was added when it was still part of the Telus Garden project.
The Telus Garden pool looks towards it.
Maintenance would be by the owner of the Avigilon Building.

Installed January 2017.
Impressive that it is still green, actually.
All the hanging/climbing greenery was stripped from Deloitte Summit after Allied bought out Westbank
(but there are few bits trying to sprout up)

Avigilon owned it for a while, but sold it to Great West Life.
