Neither of those, I think. It's on the west side of Carruthers. I'm going to have to drive by one day to see it better.

I was too lazy to search for a potential thread, but yesterday I drove through Bank/Walkley and saw a site plan sign for multiple towers (I believe - sign was a bit far) in the range of 25-40 storeys on the NW corner of that intersection.

Also, I think they started construction on "Alta Vista Quarters", the new subdivision on Walkley Road / Don Reid Road. There seemed to be movement and equipment digging behind that Claridge Sales Centre they have next to the Tim Hortons/Wendy's.

They have. Cavanaugh is there doing the site prep and sewer work currently.
