McCormick Park Developments is proposing to demolish the dwellings and garage and redevelop its properties at 177 – 179 Armstrong Street and 268 Carruthers Avenue. 177–179 Armstrong is proposed to be redeveloped with a three-storey 33-unit apartment building, with 7 surface parking spaces accessed via a long driveway to the rear lot. 268 Carruthers is proposed to be redeveloped with a three-storey detached dwelling.

Should add this armstrong development was the back half of 268 carruthers. The one above is what they plan with the front half now combined with 266.

Theberge Homes is proposing to develop a 3 storey low-rise residential apartment building with a basement, containing a total of 18 rental units, at 266-268 Carruthers Avenue. No motor vehicle parking is proposed. 18 bicycle parking spots are proposed.
