I was recently in the Taunas (upland area north of Frankfurt) and there are some spectacular views of the Frankfurt skyline from the hills. Unfortunately I was driving, so no pics.

I went to the Opel Zoo years ago in the Taunas and there's a great view of the Frankfurt skyline.
