Could indeed be that they’re waiting to announce a YOW expansion before uploading the summer 2027 schedule. YOW-LGW in summer 2026 is being funded by 3 ex-YYZ-LGW slots as the latter in 2025 was 2x daily and is 11x weekly this summer. For summer 2027, YYZ-LGW is currently loaded at only 9x weekly. As such, maybe YOW-LGW will be increasing to 5x weekly. Currently nothing for YOW, including PD codeshare connecting itineraries via YYZ, are loaded past 30APR27. As I recall a couple of weeks ago when I’d looked, this was the case across TS’ entire route network, so they’re probably still uploading summer 2027.
Maybe TS will be part of PD’s August 11th announcement…unlikely of course.
