Why?

I understand the annoyance if you are trying to market something, but in this case - why not use a tool that can render something incredibly quickly that you can have fun with and use as a conversation piece.

I though it was great, and neat to see what the area would look like filled in a bit more. He also stipulated that is was an AI render.

Much better than the renders I have put out in the past with my blocky green buildings.

I can't believe no one has capitalized on any of those surface lots around the ball park for high-rise apartments. You basically will have unobstructed views of the river/Exchange/Forks for ever.

Richardson’s and the nutty club family. They own a few of the corner lots. The city owns the big ball park parking lot.

Yeah, unfortunately unless a developer throws a boatload of money at him, this L-Shaped lot likely won't be anything for a long time

I noticed at First Fridays (which has become a mini Nuit Blanche) that the little garage on Bannatyne is now a live music venue called The Otto.

The Exchange District has found its stride in the last year. There’s like ten vintage shops, new restaurants, cafés, bakeries. It’s slid under the radar.

A new vintage furniture store opened yesterday on McDermot beside the new shawarma place that replaced Shawarmakahn.
