If by brand new you mean built in 2006, then yes. In any event, I grew up in Lorette and took that bridge on many occasions and can confidently say it’s always been that way, but why in the world you would build the bridge deck to have that angle is beyond me. When in the right lane south bound you feel as though you’re sliding off to the left side, more so when you’re actually in that left lane. Super strange
