What 176 million to daylight it and the creek decided it couldn't wait. Saw more video and it looked like it was taking the old path , the area where most homeless camps end up.
Anyway a lot of rain in one hour will cause that. Plus the ground is so saturated there is no place to go. The Sturgeon River is still flood stage in the region an month later.
