It's unlikely but if it is a new naming rights holder for the next decade coming on board, I wouldn't completely eliminate a seating refurbishment (replacement) as a possibility. It's just unlikely.
Sure the seats will be 10 years old, but will only have about 8 years of use since the building sat empty for 2 years during COVID.

I don't think the seat colours need to match the naming rights holder. The Blue Jays are owned by a very red-coloured company who has the naming rights of the building they play in.. and well.. their brand new seats are not red.
