Surrealplaces, was that taken from the SAIT parking garage?
It was taken from Knob Hill. Judging by the angle, from around this location. It's not a well known location except by photographers who know all the spots.

This angle shows Ottawa's density, something not seen in most skyline shots.

Nice shots! I've never seen Calgary's skyline from this angle before. One of the things I like about Calgary's skyline is the diversity, different types of buildings from different eras.
One more Toronto pic for good measure, with the Yonge-Eglinton skyline in the foreground. I would rank it as the 6th best skylines in Canada after
Toronto
Calgary - tied 2nd
Montreal - tied 2nd
Vancouver
Mississauga
Yonge-Eglinton
The upside down dresser legs don’t look quite as bad as expected, but not great.
Also, why do Cruise Ships instantly look ten times classier when they are not painted white? 😅

I will say, if you have never used a commode with a self-closing seat/lid, you don't know what you're missing. It's the small things in life that one appreciates most.

There is a gas station and A&W in Banff right as you arrive in the town that has the nicest toilets I have ever seen. Heated seats, coloured lights, different settings. Makes you feel like you’re in Japan.
