They have dug out the dirt ramp down into the pit and installed shoring on the east side. Working on forming and steel rebar for foundation slab sections along the NE side of pit. Forming for the 2nd floor slab on the west side of building 1 is progressing well.

The small mini tower crane has now been collapsed in order to remove it using the Heavy Lift mobile crane that is setting up tower crane 2 for the east side building. This would be the 4th tower crane of 2026 to go up in London.

The small mini tower crane is still on site in its compacted state for shipment. They have made alot of progress with the steel rebar installation for two sections of floating raft foundation slab but have not done the big concrete pours yet. Likely due to the heavy rains the past week. Looks like they have made progress pouring some of the second floor slab on the west building and forming has started for 2nd floor walls and posts. If the weather cooperates next week should see concrete pump trucks and parade of cement trucks for the sections of floating raft slab pours.

They have now poured the NE corner section of floating raft slab. Still have the mini tower crane sitting on a small section of the L1 floor that will need to be poured when they finally get around to removing it. Working on forming and pouring sections of walls and post for the 2nd floor of the west building.

Still working on the 2nd floor slab and walls and posts for the west side 9s building. Have been also working on forming and steel rebar for another section of ground floor slab. Little progress on the L1 walls and posts on the east side of the pit where building two is too be built. They still have not removed the mini tower crane that has been packed up.

Instead of trucking away the mini tower crane they relocated it to the SW corner of building one for some reason.
