Well, there are relatively few condos being built in Halifax so comparables are likely not easy to find, especially in that small size. Those amounts quoted strike me as remarkably similar to asking prices for equivalent-size units in Toronto 3 or 4 years ago at that market's peak before prices slumped badly the last few years. It's not unusual there now to see those kind of units selling (or staying unsold) at $100K or more below peak values. There are a lot of owners there underwater.
