Is this this building that suffered a "partial collapse" during the high winds on Sunday? I suspect/hope there's some exaggeration here.

"On Gottingen Street in Halifax, firefighters were called about a partial building collapse in the 2200 block of the street.
District chief Dennis Pitts said some materials had blown off the building to the road below.
There were no injuries, he said. The department’s role, with its technical rescue team involved, was to stabilize the situation.
“It looks like some of the decking had blown off and that looks like what created the collapse of the section that came down,” Pitts said.
