To rezone from I-2 to CD-1 to allow for the development of a 30-storey mixed-use hotel building over a 4-storey podium with ground floor commercial and industrial, and 324 hotel units above under the Marine Landing Policy Updates, Marpole Community Plan, and Cambie Corridor Plan. An FSR of 12.2 and a building height of 119.3 m (391 ft.) are proposed.
