I can't decide if the building are still there or not. ...The seller seems to think they are the same.

I've arrowed the buildings on the 1931 aerial below. As far as I can tell from other images, they'd already been replaced by larger buildings by the early-50s. Originally, I thought there was a narrow bridge behind to the right, but a closer look revealed it to be a garage on Fetterly Avenue (probably the structure in the lower-left below).
