Framers appear to be done with the roof sheathing on both townhouse blocks now done. Building wrap is now installed and should see the window and door units installed very soon and also see the roofing contractor installing shingles.

The roofing shingles are now installed and they have nearly finished installing the window unit modules. Lots of work along the street by London Hydro installing new lines.

Foundation footings for the west side 5s building are progressing with about 50% now poured.

Looks like they have finished pouring the foundation footings for the west side building and have started forming and pouring the foundation footings for the east side building.

Almost done installing the exterior siding on the two townhouse blocks and they have started finishing of the interiors as well. Still working on the foundation footings and walls for the low rise buildings.

Wrapping up pouring the ground floor slab on the east side building. Have started installing precast concrete walls on the ground floor of the west building. Old Oaks may be planning to use precast concrete walls and posts for these two 5s buildings instead of form and pour concrete construction. They used precast on the two 8s buildings up on Richmond St.

They have started installing modular steel wall panels on the ground floor of the west building. Looks like they plan to use a mix of poured concrete walls and posts, structural steel posts and modular steel wall panels. Suspect they will also use precast concrete floor slabs.

Have started installing precast concrete 2nd floor slabs for the west side building using a mobile crane. Another mobile crane has started installing the modular steel wall panels for the east side building.

Have started installing precast concrete walls on the second floor of the west building. Still working on installing the ground floor modular steel wall panels for east side building.

Have wrapped up the 2nd floor steel modular wall panel installs on the west building and the ground floor walls on the east building. Should see 3rd floor precast concrete floor slabs being installed soon on the west building and 2nd floor precast floor slabs on the east building.

Have now installed the 3rd floor precast floor slabs on the west building and 2nd floor precast floor slabs on the east building. Have started installing the 2nd floor precast walls slabs on the east building.

Have started installing the 3rd floor steel modular wall panels on the west building.

The 4th floor precast concrete floor slabs have been installed on the west 5s building and some of the 4th floor walls are now installed. The 3rd floor precast concrete floor slabs are nearly finished on the 5s east building.
