I don't understand how Y004A, the portion of the old
Bay Sears not labelled as Sport Chek, can be 28,000 sf, when the Sport Chek side (Y004), which appears only slightly larger is listed as 45,000 sf. Maybe they've drawn the demising wall in the wrong place on this floorplan. The internal entrance to the Sport Chek from the mall also looks absurdly small. And I suppose that they'd have to hide the escalators, as they wouldn't serve any useful function in this arrangement.
